How to make:
Preheat oven to 180C (160C fan) mark 4 and line an 8” square baking tin - Pour the contents into a bowl and stir well. Add 175g softened butter and 2 beaten eggs - Mix well - Spread the mixture evenly into the tin and bake for 30mins or until a crust forms - Leave to cool in the tin and then cut into 9 squares.
Store in an airtight container for 7 days or freeze for a month.
