Chef Marie is a classically trained culinary artist with an Associate Degree in Culinary Arts from Kingsborough Community College and a Food & Beverage ServSafe certification. Her professional experience includes working in Michelin-starred kitchens, where she refined her technique, discipline, and appreciation for elevated food experiences.

Founded in 2020, Zoe’s Kitchen is inspired by Chef Marie’s Haitian heritage and the meaning of “Zoe,” which translates to strength in Creole. Her cuisine reflects that strength—celebrating bold flavors, global influences, and the beauty of cultural fusion. Each dish is thoughtfully crafted to honor tradition while embracing creativity.

In 2021, Chef Marie expanded Zoe’s Kitchen to include meal prep services, beginning with just one client and quickly growing into a thriving business. Through this journey, she recognized a common challenge: many people want to eat better but lack the time, confidence, or knowledge to do so. This realization led her to deepen her education in nutrition, becoming a registered dietitian and strengthening her mission to support health through food.

Today, Chef Marie is passionate about creating healthy, nourishing meals that support real lifestyles and long-term wellness. Her work goes beyond meal prep. She is deeply committed to educating clients on food choices, cooking techniques, and the role nutrition plays in managing and preventing chronic illness.
